Shrimp Scampi
The Casanova Shrimp is a Fan Favorite. There's No Easier Way to Add Protein to Your Meal. This Delicious Option is So Versatile and Can Be Cooked in So Many Different Ways. 
This Dish Was Made Scampi Style and Layered Over a Bed of Linguini with Fresh Grated Parmesan

  • 1 lb Shrimp, medium
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Lemon, Zest of
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh leaves
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Pasta & Grains
  • 8 oz Linguine
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Butter, salted
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 1/4 cup White wine or chicken stock if you don't want to use alcohol



    1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions and drain well.
    2. In a large, deep skillet, melt the butter over a medium-high heat.
    3. Add in the shrimp, cajun seasoning, olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes.
    4. Stir periodically, until fully cooked- about 3 minutes.
    5. Stir in wine OR chicken stock and the fresh lemon juice; season with salt and pepper
    6. Lower to a simmer; remove from heat and stir in pasta, lemon zest, HALF a cup of the parmesan cheese and mix until fully incorporated.
    7. Top with the last half cup of parmesan cheese & chopped parsley
    8. Serve immediately
